  • Package size and weight.

4. Delivery Areas

  • Domestic (e.g., Sydney Metro).

  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Customers can track their orders through the courier’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or absence:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a collection point.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Lost shipments should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
