Refund Policy

  • This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges are offered for Wrapt products, event registrations or prize boxes.

2. Scope

  • This policy applies to all Wrapt customers, participants, and event attendees.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or damaged product: If a Wrapt product is received damaged or not as described.

  • Event cancellation by Wrapt: If an event is cancelled by Wrapt for any reason.

4. Refund Requests

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or event registration.

  • Requests should include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or payment record).

  • Refunds will be reviewed by Wrapt management and processed if approved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products, including prize boxes or food items.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Late attendance or non-attendance at events, unless the event is cancelled by Wrapt.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered at Wrapt’s discretion, particularly for damaged items or incorrect products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
