3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Incorrect or damaged product: If a Wrapt product is received damaged or not as described.

Event cancellation by Wrapt: If an event is cancelled by Wrapt for any reason.
4. Refund Requests

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or event registration.

Requests should include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or payment record).

Refunds will be reviewed by Wrapt management and processed if approved.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, including prize boxes or food items.

Change of mind or personal preference.

Late attendance or non-attendance at events, unless the event is cancelled by Wrapt.
6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at Wrapt’s discretion, particularly for damaged items or incorrect products.
