1. Introduction

  • These terms and conditions (“terms”) govern your participation in Wrapt events, purchase of Wrapt products and use of any Wrapt services. By participating or purchasing, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must comply with age or eligibility requirements for specific events or products.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors.

3. Product & Prize Use

  • Wrapt products and prize boxes are intended for personal use or event participation.

  • All items should be handled with care and used safely.

  • Wrapt is not responsible for misuse or damage caused by the participant.

4. Event Participation

  • Attendance and participation are at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

  • Wrapt reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel events.

  • Participants must follow the rules and instructions of Wrapt staff, volunteers or event coordinators.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in aud and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

  • Payments must be made using approved methods.

  • Refunds are issued only in accordance with the Wrapt refund policy.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • Wrapt collects and uses personal information in accordance with the Wrapt privacy policy.

  • By participating, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information for event management, communications and product fulfillment.

7. Liability

  • Wrapt is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from participation in events or use of products, except where required by law.

  • Participants are responsible for their personal property.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Wrapt branding, logos, designs and content remain the intellectual property of Wrapt.

  • Participants may not reproduce or use Wrapt materials without written permission.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully and safely during events and when using Wrapt products.

  • Wrapt reserves the right to remove or ban any participant for inappropriate behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Wrapt may update these terms at any time.

  • Updated terms will be communicated via our website, email or event communications.
